Executives from England's top flight have had to postpone their scheduled meeting with the other 19 clubs in the division following Manchester City's recent legal victory regarding commercial deals.
The Premier League champions won a case regarding associated party transactions, which are supposed to ensure any sponsorships linked to the club's ownership represent fair market value.
After City complained that their rules were misleading, it was declared that the current regulations were void.
